Planning
Course Performance will use a non-exhaustive 30 minute workout,
in combination with your heart rate training data, to create
a detailed continuous plan of race pace. For those who train
with a Garmin Forerunner, this plan can be downloaded into
your unit for step by step feedback during your race along
with the report described below.
For those who have chosen another running computer, graphs
of pace vs. distance overlaid on elevation vs. distance will
be provided for each mile of the course. Ideal mile lap times
are provided. The cover page of this report will contain a
summary of the course selected, as well as a summary of the
key characteristics of your fitness level that allow us to
make this performance. In total a 20 page report describing
the course as well as you performance is provided. |
